The 2-cylinder forming machine for wrapped bread is an indispensable machine for bakeries because it solves the space problem by carrying out the work of two separate machines.
How the 2-cylinder moulder is structured
The painted steel structure is mounted on four swivel wheels. An entry belt brings the dough close to two thick chromed steel rollers for rolling.
It is then rolled up thanks to the opposing movement of two carpets with different speeds. It is equipped with a knob on the right side for returning the rolled pieces. Formats from approximately 30 to 750 g can be made.
The machine is equipped with 24V safety and emergency devices.
