The smallest automatic croissant unit in the world; its very small dimensions make it a perfect machine for small laboratories with limited space but which still require a significant daily production. It can make approximately 1,500 medium-sized croissants in an hour and 2,800 mini croissants.
Changing the cutting rollers is very simple and quick to guarantee the customer the possibility of producing different formats of croissants, covering a range of sizes from 6 to 2 rows.
Furthermore, the winder used guarantees a high quality finished product, perfectly rolled and ironed according to the customer's needs.
