This model, in metallic gray colour, is characterized by an induction motor with electronic inverter. It is particularly suitable for both professional and domestic use thanks to its versatility. The design is refined and the mechanics precise, highlighting the technological value of the device. The 5-litre countertop planetary mixer has a special bowl stop and allows you to work even high-density dough. Furthermore, its structure is designed to be extremely silent and easy to use, with a safety microswitch that controls the correct closure of the head during operation.
Kodiak model 10 liter countertop planetary mixer
The planetary mixer is supplied with a 10-litre bowl and stainless steel accessories (hook, spatula and whisk), all suitable for washing in the dishwasher. The 10 liter countertop planetary mixer model includes an attachment for the bowl scraper arm (optional), useful for processing creamy products and reducing processing times. It is possible to integrate optional accessories, such as a vegetable cutter or a meat grinder, thanks to the front motion grip.
