The characteristics of the La Monferrina Nina sheeter

Designed to produce puff pastry with adjustable thickness, it also allows you to make tagliatelle in two different widths: 2 and 6 mm.

Available in two models, Nina 170 and Nina 250 , it differs in the width of the sheet produced, 170 mm and 250 mm respectively. The external structure is made of anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel , guaranteeing durability and hygiene.
